COLORMATE® Master Concentrates  (MC) are non-dusting, free flowing and highly concentrated pigment preparations with wide polymer compatibility recommended for the production of color masterbatches for application in fibers, films, blow moldings and injection molding.

These new series of pigment preparations give masterbatch processors significant advantages over the use of powder pigments. Foremost is the excellent dispersion, non-dusting, consistent color shade, maximum color values, and increased extruder output. Color matching corrections are minimized and no re-work is necessary.

COLORMATE® Master Concentrates  (MC) Features and Benefits:

• MC comes in a wide range of organic and inorganic color pigments.
• MC is prepared in a dust free form. Unlike powder pigments, MC will not contaminate the work environment.  Machine downtime during color changes can be reduced to a minimum, as the residue of MC is easy to clean.  
• MC has consistent and excellent color dispersion compared with traditional color pigments. Accordingly, MC offers much greater stability in color. Producing masterbatches through use of MC provides the highest accuracy and repeatability from batch to batch.
• The excellent color dispersion offered by MC will increase productivity of the master batch process.  Unlike the traditional MB production process, which may require several passes before the final batch is produced, MC offers no rework and minimal spoilage.
• The production process by using MC is simple.  It does not require require the sophisticated machines used by the traditional masterbatch production process.
• The application of MC is cost effective as it does not require special additives and treatment of sensitive and difficult to disperse color pigments.
• MC has wide polymer compatibility and it is highly recommended for the production of color masterbatches for application in fibers, films, blow moldings, extrusion, and injection moldings. MC fully dispersed pigment preparations are compatible with Polyolefins, PS, ABS, EVA, PVC, PC, PMMA, etc.
